Users and agency partners posting property listings on Asaan Jaidad must adhere to strict guidelines:

• Accuracy: All listing details (prices, plot dimensions in Kanal/Marla, locations, and images) must be accurate, genuine, and un-misleading.
• Listing Review: Submitted listings undergo manual or automated verification (`review_status: approved`). Asaan Jaidad reserves the right to reject, edit, or suspend any non-compliant listing.
• Prohibited Content: Duplicate listings, fraudulent demands, misleading photos, or unauthorized property advertising are strictly prohibited.

3. Agency Registration & Agent Conduct

Licensed agencies and independent agents operating on Asaan Jaidad must maintain professional standards:

• Agencies must provide valid business registration credentials during agency onboarding.
• Suspended or inactive agents will have direct contact features disabled in compliance with platform moderation.
• Agencies are responsible for the actions and listing accuracy of agents linked to their agency profile.

4. Property Index & Trends Disclaimer

Price estimates, area guides, construction calculators, and property trend analytics provided on Asaan Jaidad are derived from marketplace data for informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal or financial valuation advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Asaan Jaidad operates as a digital real estate venue connecting buyers, sellers, and agents. While we strive to verify listings, buyers and investors are advised to perform standard physical due diligence and legal title checks before making real estate financial commitments in Pakistan.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
